IN OFFICE PATIENT SAFETY FOR COVID-19
We are also now accepting patients for office visits and scheduling patients for surgery. Your safety and health is our top priority. Our policies are as follows:
All patients will be screened per CDC guidelines prior to their visit for Covid related risk factors and symptoms.
We will be prescreening patients by telephone for updated medical and insurance information to reduce patient time spent in the office.
We are asking that only scheduled patients enter the office unless the patient requires assistance or is a minor. If necessary, a patient may be asked to wait in the car or in a seating area that meets social distancing guidelines.
All patients and staff will wear facemasks and appropriate personal protective equipment(PPE).
We will continue to frequently clean all common areas as well as exam rooms and diagnostic equipment according to CDC and manufacturers’ guidelines.
